Adapt Replication to Append Only LSM Components This change includes the following: - Make LSN recording in a single tree in LSM components. - Pass LSN byte offset with every tree index file being replicated. - Add LSN to remote recovery logs to check which logs should be replayed. - Update ILogRecord method names to better describe their operation. ##Building AsterixDB
To build AsterixDB from source, you should have a platform with the following:
Additionally to run all the integration tests you should be running sshd
locally, and have passwordless ssh logins enabled for the account which is running the tests.
