Fix ASTERIXDB-1298 Handle the case that the original join operator in a subplan operator is a left-outer join such that no null-check variable needs to be added. ##Building AsterixDB
To build AsterixDB from source, you should have a platform with the following:
Additionally to run all the integration tests you should be running sshd
locally, and have passwordless ssh logins enabled for the account which is running the tests.
