[NO ISSUE] Misc Fixes for Point MBR RTree

Details:
1. Fix the MBR calculation of Point MBR RTrees when finalizing the
bulkload process.
2. Fix the nullFlagBytes of Point MBR Rtrees.
3. Add unit test cases to cover Point MBR RTrees.
