[ASTERIXDB-2013][HYR] non-POST x-www-form-urlencoded, config null value handling
- handle null config values when marshall/unmarshalling
- support non-post x-www-form-urlencoded directly
- don't assume POSTs are x-www-form-urlencoded
- add support to TestExecutor for POST/PUT form-urlencoded parameters
