RAT Cleanup, Resulting LICENSE fixes

Also:
- removed unused minimal javascript
- relocated storage test datagen package to hyracks-test-support
- eliminated MiniDFSCluster writes outside of target
- clean up .gitignore
- add line comments to PigletParser (taken from SQLPP.jj grammar)
