[ASTERIXDB-3433][STO] Capping read network call to cloud

- interface changes: no

Details:

Merging page ranges to reduce the number of
network calls to object storage and also minimizing
the unwanted fetches.
The unwanted fetched pages are not pinned in the
buffer cache.
