Fixed issue 174. Whenever there are mixed intervals in the predicate of a BTree search, we will relax the BTree predicate to be inclusive and then do a post processing to filter out those records that don't satisfy the search predicate. git-svn-id: https://asterixdb.googlecode.com/svn/branches/asterix_lsm_stabilization@1130 eaa15691-b419-025a-1212-ee371bd00084
