[NO ISSUE][CLUS] Complete NC Registration When Response is Received
- user model changes: no
- storage format changes: no
- interface changes: no
Details:
- Mark NC registration as completed when the regisration
reponse is received from CC.
- Send NC startup tasks request to CC after all previous
tasks complete.
